Sizing: For 6 to 9 months and 9 to 12 months, the jabla set comes in our 6 to 12 month size

Fabric: 95% Bamboo Viscose, 5% Elastane on both pieces

By Day: Hypoallergenic, nickel free snaps on the jabla and an ultra soft, stretchable waistband on the shorts

By Night: Two way zipper with a protective inner zipper guard, plus fold over mittens and booties

Skin Safe: Tagless necklines and soft stitched flat seams

Climate Control: Naturally thermoregulating and breathable, for warm days and air conditioned nights

To keep your baby’s clothes as soft and safe as the first wear, we recommend gentle machine washing with mild, baby-safe detergents. Avoid harsh chemicals and fabric softeners to maintain the hypoallergenic properties of the fabric.

Eligible: Manufacturing defects, or an item or size different from your order.

Time frame: Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Unboxing video: Please share one continuous, unedited video that starts from the sealed package and clearly shows the issue. We'll need this to review your request.

Resolution: A refund for defects. An exchange or replacement for a wrong item or size, or store credit if the right size is out of stock.

Condition: Unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Not eligible: Change of mind, colour or design preference, items from our year end or clearance sales, and used, washed or altered products.

How to request: Email support@cloudlitots.com with "Return Request" and your order number in the subject, along with the reason and video. We'll reply within 2 to 3 business days and arrange a free pickup once approved.

Refunds: Processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection, to your original payment method or as store credit if you prefer. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer, excluding the COD fee.
