We accept returns on items that have a manufacturing defect, or if a wrong size or wrong item was delivered. Returns are not accepted for any other reason, including change of mind or fit preference. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return under any circumstances. To protect both our customers and our brand from fraudulent claims, an unedited, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests. This is a non-negotiable requirement and no return can be processed without it. The unboxing video is mandatory. Return requests submitted without it cannot be accepted. Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Yes. If the size delivered is different from what you ordered, you are eligible to raise a return request. Please note that size exchanges are not available. If you simply feel the correct size doesn’t fit your baby as expected, this does not qualify for a return or replacement. We strongly encourage using our detailed size chart before ordering to pick the most suitable size. As always, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process any such claim.

The following items are not eligible for return: items purchased on sale or at a discounted price; items that have been washed, used, or have had their tags removed; returns raised due to change of mind, fit preference, or incorrect size selection by the customer; and any return request submitted without an unedited, uninterrupted unboxing video. Only manufacturing defects and wrong size or wrong item deliveries (verified via unboxing video) qualify for returns.

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing timelines may vary slightly. COD convenience fees (₹75) are non-refundable.
